Capped at 50 lifters, this will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift. There will also be bench only, deadlift only, and push/pull categories.
Weigh-ins will be Friday the 4th from noon-6pm, there will be no Saturday weigh-in without prior approval. Athletes must bring all equipment to weigh in for a gear check. All lifters must have a current RIPL membership prior to weighing in.
