About the Event
This will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift. 100% of all entry fees will go to the FWPD Cops 4 Kids program.
Weigh ins will be from noon-7PM Friday the 3rd. No Saturday weigh ins. Athlete's rules meeting will begin at 9AM Saturday the 4th, and lifting will start at 10AM. Athletes must bring all equipment to weigh in for gear check. All lifters must have a current RIPL membership prior to lifting; membership can be purchased at weigh in and is good for 1 year from date of purchase.
