About the Event
This will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift. 100% of all entry fees will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Day 1 (Saturday) lifting will be all women.
Weigh ins for day 1 will be Friday the 4th from 9am-noon or 2pm-6pm, there will be no Satuday weigh in without prior approval. Athletes must bring all equipment to weigh in for gear check. All lifters must have a current RIPL membership prior to weigh in.
Day 1 athlete's meeting will begin at 9am Saturday the 5th, with flight A lifting starting at 10AM.
Sign up before July 5th to avoid a $20 late fee.
