About the Event
In the interest of time, this meet will be push/pull only with no squats. There will be Bench and deadlift only divisions as well. Weigh ins will occur Friday the 3rd from 9AM-Noon, 2PM-6PM. There will not be any Saturday weigh ins without approval prior to registration. All equipment must be checked at the time of weigh in. Athlete's rules meeting will occur at 9AM Saturday the 4th, and lifting will begin at 10AM. Overall lifter will be determined by DOTS in the division with the most entries. Registration will end November 27th at noon - there will be no late registraion for this meet. No refunds for entries will be issued unless the event is cancelled.
