Henderson showed us in 2021 that they know how to have fun and host a great meet. 2022 they say they are doing it bigger and better! This meet will cap at 50 lifters and include both tested and non tested division.

About the Event

Capped at 50 lifters, this will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift.  There will also be bench only, deadlift only, and push/pull categories.

Weigh ins wil be Friday the 4th from noon-6pm, there wil be no Saturday weigh in without prior approval.  Athletes must bring all equipment to weigh in for gear check.  All lifters must have a current RIPL membership prior to weigh in.
