About the Event
This will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift. There is also a push/pull team event with teams comprised of 5 lifters (2 female minimum) to determine bragging rights for the strongest Raw Iron location. In conjunction with the meet, we will be collecting toys to donate to Camp County Kids.
All lifters are welcome and encouraged, this is not just for Raw Irom members. Weigh ins will be from noon-7PM Friday the 18th, athlete's rules meeting will begin at 9AM Saturday the 19th, and lifting will start at 10AM.
